fullness

HI everyone,

I am a June Sleever (June 10th), today I am 3 weeks post op. Except for excessive gas, I feel great. Here are my stats, HW 278, SW 265, CW 239- I am thrilled. My question is how do you guys gauge when you are full and should stop eating. I get some gas pain, is that it?

Thanks friends,

Marilyn

Everyone is different! I didn't learn my full signal until I was about 2 months in. I stuck to the plan that I was given during liquid, full liquid, and soft solids, however; when I began to incorporate solids, OOHHH, that's when I learned, and you keep learning, and you keep learning, until you find your verve. This process is all about you learning who your new person truly is.

Good luck!
