General anxiety dissorder with panic attacks

Am diagnosed 6 years ago with GAD (general anxiety disorder) mixed with panic attacks. I take altruline 100 mg and when feeling panicky i drink 1 mg or 2 mg (depending on how panicky im feeling) Rivotril (clonazepam) ive been in psycologist and psiquiatrist since high school, i just get nervous even though nothing wrong is happening i constantly feel dizzy with put reason and with fear of death and faint. My anxiety has been increasing dramatically after surgery and the boost my dosis. But has anyone with this surgery also have this problems? Is it going to be harder for us to loose weight since we are throwing cortisol all the time. Today I had a panic attack in the supermarket. I feel i can faint anytime because "im not eating enough". One of the reasona why im fat, to make sure "i dont faint"
