¡Muy Caliente!

Soooo -_-, I just started my post-op full liquid diet and I spiced up my cream of chicken Soup to give it more of a tortilla soup flare. And as I am eating this ensemble of spice and cheap "add a can of water" soup, I have this thought. I don't think I am suppose to be eating spicy foods.

Your thoughts?! Should I, a full liquid, fresh out the "miserable" hospital, bariatric newbie be eating spicy foods?

Chime in Please!!!! :D
