Cheating on pre op diet.

Today starts my 4th day on the 2 week liquid pre op diet. I cheated a little yesterday by eating 1/8 cup of plain veggies, no butter, no sauce, or anything else. I'm worried I've really messed up! But also, I am struggling! Around 6 pm, I start to feel starved. I really don't see how people manage to do this perfectly ft or the entire time frame. I need help!

You will be fine with your plain veggies. Don't stress, it's in the past! It is SO hard. I feel your pain. I think having broth is helping me some... i need something salty/savory every once in a whi

I was tempted on Monday. Just been drinking more water. Had sugar free jello. Also try some propel water or vitawater. They have other nutrients in them but have 0 calories. Start my liquid diet on Saturday and have to be at the hospital at 6 a.m. on Monday.
