Have you tried the Bariatric Advantage sugar free chewy bites? They are nothing like the big chewable chalk tablets the other brands have.

I think I get to graduate to them at my 6 week check up. I am only 3 weeks post op right now and my dr wants me to use the chewable. I can tolerate the chewable muti vitamin with no problem but the calcium citrate is nasty. Can't wait till I can do the lozenges.

Oh hell yes! I got a bottle of the chocolate flavored calcium chewable tablets. I think they are Bariatric Advantage. Disgusting!

And they have fake sugar in them. That stuff gives me migraines. I did like the lemon calcium chew, but it's only like 150mg of calcium so I would have to eat 10 of them. I was never big on candy, and now I can't imagine how long it would take me to eat 10 of them, on top of all the other Vitamins and Protein shakes and meals. Insane.

I don't even know what to think about chocolate flavored. I have wild cherry and when I bite into it the taste goes up my nose and I just want to spit it out. I did try the lozenges that were a sample pack from my NUT (before I knew I was supposed to use them) and I can eat those all day long!

I get the Celebrate calcium in Cherry. I think they're yummy :)

How long has it been since your surgery and also what multi vitamin are you using now?

That's funny! I have been thinking the same thing. I got the cinnamon chalky chewables from Bariatric Advantage, and as soon as they are finished I am definitely getting something else. The flavor DOES go right up your nose! I have to bite mine in half, chew it a little, then chase it with Water and repeat. At least we are getting our Vitamins, though!!

I take Citracal Gummies. I like the taste.
