Generally speaking, meat, fish, eggs, cheese, Greek yogurt all have good amounts of Protein. How much protein varies by what type.

Get the unflavored protein powder. You can sprinkle it on your veggies or in your soups. Unjury makes a good unflavored one. You can mix it in your flavored yogurt to add a punch of protein.

How much of the protein pack do u use? I have some samples and they don't say how to use them.

There are 6 tablespoons of protein powder in each pack, one pack is 21 grams of protein, or 3.5 grams of protein per tablespoon. I use either 1 or 2 tablespoons at a time, depending on my protein count for the day. I sometimes use the chicken soup flavor one sprinkled on cauliflower or beans just for a little different flavor.

I eat every meal as Protein first - tuna, salmon, all sorts of fish and seafood, turkey, beef, chicken, egg beaters.... even greek yogurt and cheese add some. I drink premier Proteins and find them palatable.

Try adding zinc too for the hair issue.

I eat those ostrich Protein meat protein sticks. They come in the health food section of HEB by all the Protein drinks and bulk foods. I also do protein shots.

The drinks make me sick too. I try to get through them most days.

Pasteurized eggs mixed with OJ, vanilla and a drop of honey or monk fruit sweetener is good.

I use egg/ or unflavored Protein powder in Soups.

Making a ball out of PB2, a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder and a bit yogurt in good. You want it to be stiff like a refrigerator cookie. If they are loose I add almond flour.
