July 2, 2014 Surgery Date

I am so excited that I have a date for surgery. With less than two weeks to go, I am getting a little nervous. I have about 115 pounds to lose and I pray this will be an effective tool for me! I hope I don't screw this up or have major medical issues because of this. :unsure:
