6 month diet spacing

I have to do the 6 month diet for insurance. They are counting a couple of months from a few years ago, so this year I went/will go April, May, June and July. My question is, do you think they need to be one month apart? My June appointment is the 23rd and I really would love to go sooner in July, but do you think I need to wait about a month from the June appointment? Didn't know if anyone had ran into this issue. My surgeon is over-booked and I am afraid it will take forever to get on the surgery schedule, so the sooner I can submit to insurance the better.

I had a similar situation when I started the 6 months. I wanted to go as quickly as I could. The first appointment was at the end of the month. I made the next one the first week of the month as were all of the rest. My ins company didn't seem to care as long as they were different months. I have Anthem BCBS.

Thank you! That's what I was thinking too, as long as it was different months.
