2 days post op

Had my surgery, haven't kept anything down since then.

Basically bad acid reflux, gagging and burping with every sip....even the meds seem impossible to keep down...trying to get some Popsicles and jello, maybe that will help

I am to aim for 64fl oz of fluid and 60grams of protien.. In the form of a shake. Are your soups just the broth?? There shouldn't be any chunks.. Liquid enough to go through a strainer. You can do yogurt.. With know fruit.

My dr wants this done for 2 weeks and then mashed, puréed for 4 wks . She likes to be cautious.

Remember the average pouch can hold 4oz at a time.
