Hi im 7 weeks out and seafood, lunch meat, cheese, rotisserie chicken has been going down the best for me

My go to foods so far have been: scrambled eggs, tuna salad, chicken salad with high protein cream cheese, deli meat, fat free cottage cheese with just enough spaghetti sauce mixed in to give it some flavor, pork tenderloin or pulled pork, light string cheese, grilled chicken, pintos and cheese, light greek yogurt, and of course.. protein bars/shakes.

No red meat for me but anything involving chicken, fish I'm totally ok with. My reason for no red meat is because it's probably too hard to digest and I don't want to take a chance. I am 6 weeks out and feel terrific. More energy each week, down 21 lbs since surgery, down 2 dress sizes and happy happy happy with my WLS!! I'm still doing Protein shakes in the morning (sometimes I eat eggs) and turkey or chicken for lunch.
