Would I do it again ? Well at this stage I'm not sure, yes I am losing weight but it hasn't been easy and I have been sick a lot ... It is getting better slowly ...

In the first few weeks drinking liquids was hard enough I needed to get thru 1ltr a day and that was a mission. To start with it's all about protien so that's your focus I am still only managing protien for most meals . I take a multi vitiamn each day (from week 4) but yeah I would say to anyone considering this surgery think long and hard because there is no going back and it's not easy...

I do agree 100%...mine has been a tough one too. 9 days of clear liquids before my body would even accept the protein. Yes,30lbs down so far but I wish I had tried harder to do it the right way. Oh well, can't undo it now so I will keep chugging along!
