    in all of our "cases"

    you/me/we should look at the weight lost, not how much more/want/need to lose

    in other words, for you, say ----

    "WooHoo" look at me - I've lost 80 lbs!!!! How cool am I!!!!! :)

    but, you do say you are happy so thats great :)
