Hello everyone! I am a newbie here. I will be having the lap band surgery on 6/11/14 which is tomorrow. I am so excited! I will be on clear liquids for three days after my surgery. Can someone help me out and let me know what r some good liquids to drink after surgery?

• low sodium (or not LS) chicken/beef/veggie broth

warm green tea (unsweetened)

broth of egg drop soup from a chinese restaurant

Isopure from GNC or Ensure Clear from CVS or any grocer. I prefer broth but these are high protein and will hold you longer. Good luck!!!!

I had the Isopure grape and it's good.... 40 grams of protein

4 days after lapband and doing good. 2 days liquids Left. Yayyyyy
