Chugging water

Lately I have found myself chugging vs. sipping. I stop when I catch myself but I hope I've not caused any damage. Can this stretch your pouch and cause problems? I was banded almost 3 weeks ago.

    I chug all the time...but only if it doesn't hurt. Now, eating like this is BAD but water goes right through so I don't worry about it.
