No it's not normal. I would contact your doctor immediately.

    If you're having heart palpations I would contact your doctor. With that being said, I had them too after surgery. My mom, who is an RN, checked me out and I was ok. She said that when you move around after surgery you're rearranged insides can put pressure on your vegus nerve which can drop your change your heart rate. Please contact your doctor and still get checked out though.

    I was a self pay and went to Dr. Shillingford in Boca Raton, FL. I paid 10,500 which was all inclusive! :)
