Boost shakes?

I'm due for my band on June 23 and I've started shopping for my new lifestyle. Has anyone used the boost shakes and, if so, what kind and how have u liked them? What r some good protein shakes out there? I'm always on the go and need something convenient.

Me too; also the EAS advantage

I use the zinzino balance shake....it has done so many great things for my, it is more vitamin than a protein shake, but I use protein rich milk products and fruit with it and that works so good for my. Helped my getting rid of joint pain and depression as well.

I use the boost glucose control. Chocolate is much better than the vanilla.

My doc said don't buy Boost shakes due to their high sugar. There are other protein shakes that give you more bang for your buck. My doc carries the Bariatric Advantage brand. They taste great, are only 160 cal, and have around 25 grams of protein each. The ready-made EAS shakes are really good too. They are a little pricey, but I actually found them at Big Lots and got a really good deal.
