  1. Hi I just saw an email that GNC is offering 3 flavors of protein chips. I have not tried it yet but they looked interesting.
  2. Hi, I use premier protein from costco. 30grams of protein and very few carbs.
  3. Hi, I love my coffee as well. I put evaporated not fat milk it makes it nice and creamy and adds protein. I also put premier protein chocolate in it. (I buy it by the case at Costco). Another trick is land I lakes fat free creamer. It actually tastes really good. I always get skinny sugar free drinks at Starbucks. I was really surprised when I looked at the nutrition. In my grande caramel machioto there was 18g of sugar and 28 carbs. This really surprised me since I was ordering a sugar free drink I thought!
  4. Thanks again for the good suggestions. I made the egg muffins this morning with ground turkey, mushrooms and spinach. Very yummy.
  5. Thanks for the ideas. I think I will try the egg muffins. I'm all about cooking ahead and re-heating.
  6. Hi, does anyone have any good breakfast ideas? I usually have a protein shake or eggs. I am trying to avoid most carbs so oatmeal, cereal etc are out.
