Scared and overthinking it?

I'm looking at everyone's before and after pics and how great everyone looks. I'm scared I'm never gonna get there. Is it possible that you won't lose weight after surgery? I'm 12 days post op and in a stall... At least I hope it's a stall. :(

I'm 9 days post-op and all I have lost is water weight (4 lbs)...I'm walking and drinking clear fluids (getting 60-80g protein/day) and wondering when the weight will drop as well.

I'm due for surgery June 30 but I was speaking with my facilitator this week and she said I will experience a stall. she said just keep doing what I'm supposed to do and it will come off. Keep up the good work!!!

Normal stall happens at about that time... don't stress.

Besides, it is too late, your surgery is done. Now is the time to make the most of it and get on board to make this journey an amazing success. You can do it!!!

I have lost over 160# and am completely transformed.

I keep thinking that every pound I lose is going to be my last and that I am going to be the ONE person who fails at this. I have lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks and I have to keep reminding myself that it'll happen. Just gotta take things one day at a time.

You are going to be fine!! My "stall" lasted about 2weeks! Although frustrating, it is normal. & you are probably losing inches. Take your measurements!
