Eating with kids

I am 5 weeks out and just wondering if anyone else has ate a fry out of their child's meal? I really just wanted one and after I had that one I was fine and very content. I had no urge for more. I have even done this at a restaurant with chips, I had a piece of one and was done and content. I guess it's a way for me to still feel "normal".

I am 6 months out...I will snag a fry off my son's plate. I eat a chip or two every once in a while.

It can be a slippery slope, however...be careful. The other day a handful of Doritos became two and I got a little sick to my stomach.

Of course Heatlhy I'm only 4 weeks out and I already snag --- but only a morael :)

I'm six months out and I do eat a few of my son's fries when he has them, but he might only have fries once every two or three months, so its not a big deal. If your son is eating things like that on a regular basis and you find yourself doing it frequently, then it might turn into a bigger problem. One thing I've found about my former favorites is that I actually don't really taste them anymore. Regular ice cream just tastes like a bowl of cold mush to me, french fries taste like hot mush...not very appealing.
