Wtf? Am I dumping?

18 days post-op here and I've been trying some soft foods. Apart from yogurt, ANYTHING I try makes me flushed and have a fast heart rate.

I feel like my heart is beating faster than normal also, as an aside.

Does anyone know what's going on here? Getting SO discouraged.

  • I found this to be true for me if I ate too quickly or needed to take a smaller bites. Have you been able to alter your eating style? I know I had to or there were consequences.

Yes, I take little tiny dime-sized bites and barely get through any food. I'm not sure what to do here.
