14 days post op and I have a pain in my right side that won't go away. They told me it is where they pull your stomach out and make it smaller. My incisions are well healed but the one spot is just so sore.

I am 16 days post op and feel your pain. Mine is on the left side because they removed mine from that side instead but they say it will go away sooner or later. Apparently they cut through more muscle tissue which is why it is more sore. Hang in there hope you get to feeling better

I'm feeling the same pain on my right side. Especially when I'm sitting and try to get up or when i make some kind of movement. The pain at times is really bad. I went to see my surgeon and he said the same thing. It's the muscle and that it will go away.

I had the same awful pain about 10 days post-op. I'm 3 weeks post-op now, and it's gone!! Hang in there! It'll go away!
