sick for the first time

OK.... Now I know. I had my sleeve one full week today and made a protein shake with chocolate powder, yogurt, vanilla cappuccino protein shake, a spoon full of mocha and 1/4 cup of coffee flavored gelato.... why did I do that? The whole fabulous concoction would be rich for someone with a WHOLE stomach pre-surgey but my little healing tummy lost it's mind! Four little swallows shaky, nervous and SICK. OMG. Was that dumping? It was bad. Wow...that will keep you honest. I had done so well all week.

Everybody has to try something sometime. Its ok, everyone does it. Don't feel bad mentally over it. You are trying to get in what you need and that's understandable.

Hopefully it is a while before it happens again. :)

Good luck!
