Moving to solid food on saturday, done with mushies

I have heard that we should have approximately 1200-1400 calories a day once on full solids. How on earth can a person accomplish this by only eating a half cup of food a day, no snacking. Right now I am barely getting in 700 calories a day and that's with a Protein shake in the morning. Also, I've stopped losing weight. Getting frustrated. Help!!!

Sorry, but this is not the time to be concerned about losing weight. It's a time to heal. Once your band is adjusted properly you will lose weight. That may be 1 fill or 6 fills? Stalls and plateaus are common and expected but nothing to be worried about unless it goes beyond 4-6 weeks. One week of not losing isn't anything to be frustrated over.
