I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE FULL, SO STOP EATING AND DRINK WATER 30 MIN OR 1 HOUR AFTER YOUR MEALS, ICE HELPS TOO.

I always feel the sensation of fullness when I have eaten enough. For me the hiccups are a sign of over eating

I sneeze and blow my nose when I have eaten enough...When it starts to happen I put my fork down and wait a few minutes to see how my sleeve feels...

Sometimes I have a false reading and other times I push the plate away...I so hope that this reaction will continue for the rest of my life...:)
