I wanted to try a full liquid tonight, but was not sure what it should be. I was thinking of milk or a smoothie what is a good idea?

Most of us were on Clear Liquids for 3-14 days? Water, Crystal light, ice cubes, sugar free popsicles etc?

It states day 2 or 3 add liquids such as milk, drinkable yogurt, protien drink, blended soups etc.

I was experimenting a little before I got banded so I would know in advance what I would like. I tried 1% milk, chocolate carnation instant breakfast, a little ice, a little peanut butter and a small banana blended. I also tried 1% milk, vanilla carnation instant breakfast, strawberries, bananas, and black berries. They were both delicious! My nutritionist told me I could also use silk instead of milk. It's half the calories and tastes so good!!! You could also put some yogurt in! Just make sure it's blended well so u have no chunks. Good luck!!!

My liquids phase is anything you can put through a straw. You just can't use a straw, of course.
