June 9th

Hey guys. Im nervous, yet excited about being sleeved. I've seen so many possitive stories through the forms that have really encouraged me. My highest weight has been 311 and that was a little over 3 weeks ago at my first initial appointment with my surgeon. My goal is 150lbs. I have been in the gym and practicing better eating habbits. I weighed in today at 295. I begin my pre op diet in 2 short weeks where I expect to lose more.
