Weight at a stand still

Hi it's been 2 weeks since my operation and for the last week my weight is a complete stand still. Is this normal? I only have 400 - 600 calories. Please I'm feeling a little depressed. I know it's a slow journey but I haven't dropped anything in the last week:(

Thanks. I eat 700 calories 6 days a week and once a week I eat up to 1000 - 1200. I haven't stalled yet since I have been doing this. I continually shock the body. Try not to stick to the same routine.

Weight loss will come gradually, everyone is different. Trust that you will lose weight, follow all instructions and you will succeed. Your body is still adjusting to the surgery and shock.

Keep strong and have faith. ; )
