post op from April 29th

Well fellow sleever's, seems so unbelievable to being saying that. I feel so blessed to be on the otherside. Hands are really swollen and pain mainly in one incision, didn't know I needed an order to be able to use gas x strips so they're off limits tip Dr writes, hummed cause the gas is what's really bothersome. Just wanted to do a quick update, more layer today...

    I bought one in January and then something happened and fitbit was amazing and replaced it. Recently I've gotten really into spin and it doesn't track that so I use a heart rate monitor only. It was amazing though, I really liked it when I was using it

    Yeah, this is the flex, it's the wristband. I really love it, but for the level of fitness I am at now, it doesn't work for me anymore. But fitbit is super easy to use - I have polar now, and it's confusing
