If I was in the puree/mushy/soft food stage or later, I'd eat it! But is it going to put you over your calorie limit for the day?

Mmmm avocado...... Great mushy food, especially made into guacamole. With some lime juice, garlic and salt. Avocado is a healthy fat, not to be avoided. Just figure it into your daily calories. Three cheers for avocados!

Definitely! I love avocado mixed with egg! :)

Yes ..eat it..but not the whole avocado ...it will def put u over your calorie limit for stage 3 ..have 1/4 or 1/2 depending on size of avocado.
