Full - when does the feeling subside?

Oh my gosh.... I just ate a tablespoon of natural peanut butter mixed with protein powder and 1/4 of a small banana. I feel so stuffed. Like it's up to my throat stuffed. How long does it take for this feeling to subside? And should I just sit and wait for it to pass, or get up and move around?

I always like to get up and move around a bit

Omg I hate that feeling. I started taking tiny tiny bites so that I can tell when the fullness starts sneaking up on me....

Well I'm kind of glad it finally happened though because I was starting to think my sleeve was messed up. I guess it's hard to get full on liquids though.

It's bittersweet huh... On one hand it sucks being so uncomfortably full so quickly with such a small amount of food.. Then on the other it's pretty great at the same time because I'm not eating for two anymore (without being pregnant!)
