Good afternoon all...my surgery was approved for June 4th. Tomorrow I am going to the surgeon to have paper work filled out for work and to discuss surgery and answer my questions. I have a list going, but wanted to ask if you guys had or knew of questions I should ask that I hadn't thought of as of yet.
