This optifast thing has really been a struggle. For some reason I cannot seem to get out of my head. I have never realized how much food is put in our faces. Every other commercial, driving down the road, outings and such. It seems everything had food as some component.

That is so true! I know a couple of days before surgery it seemed like very commercial was fast food.

For me things changed immediately after surgery - I don't even notice food commercials any more.
