Trying to not feel defeated..only day 3

Had my sleeve on the 24th. Today I got on the scale..not change..I know I know im swollen right..but tell me.yesterday i managed to get in a jello. 1 shake.,,a couple sips of broth...2 bottles water...today. 2 shakes.,,1 jello..1/4 broth...2 waters...my only issues is hicccuping...gas in my shoulder if i sip too fast....i also have had some frothing. Anyone else..its tough..to handel...thats it for now i could use encouragement. Im 56 with a thyroid disorder i started this journey with a low bmi 184. 31.5. Im looking ti get under 150. Very realistic goals..but I pray my body will let go of the weight.

I actually came home heavier after surgery. It is IV Fluid, It will drop.

You are still swollen from surgery. If you follow the directions of your surgeon, the weight will come off.

Every day it gets a little easier....hang in there!

Today 2 shakes. 270 cal. 27 g pr. Pudding. 14gr p. 80 cal.,,i jello 15 cal. 1 ice pop 60 cal,,,,,,,2 20 bottles of water.....1/2 broth 1 gr prot.,.
