Lindora Products

Hello All,

I am pre-op gastric bypass with surgery scheduled for April 29th. I have several boxes of Lindora Protein drinks and was wondering if anyone has used them to make Popsicles? Just thinking of other options to sipping to ensure I get in my protein as I have been lurking and see it can be difficult.

Thanks!

Thanks for asking. It was a rough couple of days and I made it back home yesterday evening. Things are getting better as the days go by. How are you doing? How did surgery go?

I am doing ok. The pain is much better. This head hunger is driving me crazy. I was always a snacker so I am battling that. I had an allergic reaction to the medication that was used to help the steri-strips stick. I have huge whelps and rashes around my incision sites and they itch like crazy. Other than the rash I am doing better. I pray that you are healing well. God Bless you.
