I had gastric bypass on April 8th. I gained 12lbs in the hospital, I assume from the IV fluid. Since coming home I have lost 33lbs including the 12 gained. However, I have not lost even an ounce in the past 5days. My scale literally does not move even at different times of the day. I am eating only protein. I am getting in about 500-600 calories a day. Drinking as much water as I can but it's tough to get it down. I am feeling worried and frustrated that I have not lost anything in 5 days. Has anyone else experienced this so soon after surgery?

Stalls at 3 weeks are to be expected. I'm almost 6 weeks now and went thru the same thing for approx 10 days. Hand tight you will start to loose again.
