Restless Legs?!

I've been on pre-op diet for 3 days now and every night I have restless legs and a hard time getting to sleep. I normally don't have this problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know why it's happening or what helps? TIA!

It can be caused by dehydration and a lack of salt. Try drinking more Water and see if it helps. My Mum has it and tonic water helps her - it's the quinine in it.

Also if you're lacking in magnesium that is usually the biggest culprit. You can take a supplement for it.

It's 100% lack of calcium. I went through it pregnant and I went through it now because I was only taking one gummy a day instead if the three. It had to be calcium citrate. You need more stomach acid to absorb carbonate and after sleeve you don't have much. The day I started taking three I was better the next night.
