This is probably one of the things I have been most worried ... I CANNOT sleep any other way than flat on my stomach.

I am a little over a week out and am starting to sleep on my stomach more. I use a heating pad sometimes when I sleep. I can't sleep all night on my tummy but can for a few hours.

Around 4 weeks. I hurt my elbow 1 month (to the day) from my surgery. I couldn't sleep on my stomach with the elbow injury, so I went 8 weeks sleeping on my back. The minute I could sleep on my stomach/side I was back that way!!!

I'm 12 days out and last night was the first night I was able to sleep 100% on my tummy without any pain. Was so happy!
