stomach issues

So today is day 2 of mushies..was doing great. But today I had the worst diarrhea attack..it seems after an hour after eating I have to go. Is this normal ? Worried

Oh gosh ok..glad this is normal ?? I guess lol. I was worried it had something to do with the mushies stage.. ohh fun
