Go you!

I am excited for you. I am one year out on 26 April which I now regard as my other birthday as I have been given a second chance at life. Hope it goes well for you too, it's truly life changing.

As for the pounds you need to lose, go for it, you can do it. Best of luck, keep posting and let us know how you do!

Congrats to you! I know the feeling, I had a couple of pounds to lose before I can get my referral from my PCP. So here are some tips I've either used or heard to be helpful.

There is one completely cheating way to go about it and that's ankle weights at the weigh in so u can just remove them when necessary.

What I did was dance workouts so it was fun, then laxatives for the last 2 days before and liquid diet for 3 days before weigh in. In those 3 days I did eat a small salad on each day for lunch and that's it....lost 8 pounds in almost 4 days.

Another friend used saran wrap on her body while working out to loose even more!

Hope this helps, Good luck with it...
