2 months since surgery

It has been 2 months since surgery over all I am down 44 pounds, including pre op diet. Food is not problem I can eat everything. However, it has taken me this long to have mind over food. I was seaving myself a plate like before ( never finished) and buying food like I use to. I also went though a couple of weeks were I thought I wanted to eat all my own favorite foods binging. Now I feel even keel. More balanced with my choices. Did anyone else have anything simalar?

yes I did. Maybe not to that extreme but a few times I thought I could binge on a favorite.... tried it and couldn't !!! So thankful. My husband does the grocery shopping so I'm not tempted to buy things I shouldn't. He buys things he can eat but that I don't like so its all good. I have started eating a few carbs and it has slowed down my losing so I guess I'll drop those again.
