You know there are dozens of other things you can have...I mostly had premier protein chocolate and vanilla. Changed flavors by adding Mio and Dasani drops to the vanilla and PB2 or banana to the chocolate. Also had muscle milk and Syntax Nectar (dozen different flavors) Added Unjury Protein cheese powder to tortilla soup broth, added Unjury unflavored to chicken broth, beef broth and hot and sour broth. I was on liquids 16 days preop and 18 days post and almost never had the same thing any day. You can do this.

Kindle is spot on. Add some variety in the form of different seasoning options. Miso soup is a nice break from the sweet shakes. It comes in instant powder in the asian section of your grocery store, also served in teriyaki/sushi places.

Thank u so much for the replies and sorry I took so long to answer we were at the zoo with the kids ...... So just stopped and bought some miso soup like u suggested . Now where can I buy the injury protein ? Is it online only ?

Yes, the Unjury products are available online. I'm on my 3rd jar and still add the unflavored powder to a lot of stuff to up my protein intake. I almost forgot I also went through a whole 5 lb bag of Syntrax Matrix vanilla. I added different water flavor drops to that, too, to change up the flavor.
