I've considered doing the liquid pre-op diet to see if it kickstarts something

hi everyone I've been gone for a long time ! But I remember always looking forward to seeing other before and after pics for inspiration and decided to share my progress I initially started my weight loss journey at 278 lbs and right now am at 196 my surgery was on May 9th 2013 however my weight loss has drastically slowed down to about 3 to 4 pounds a month any suggestions to help are greatly appreciated

Hi everyone !!!! Well I could help but notice how many if u are so excited about ur upcoming surgeries and I remembered how reading about others experiences help me. So just to share a bit if my story : I had surgery May 9th 2014 at the OCC with dr Ariel Ortiz and Martinez and I have to say it was an amazing experience .... The attention was great and the place was very clean . Thankfully I have had no complications and am recovering very fast the day after surgery I was able to walk back and forth from the marriott to the walmart and even accompanied my husband for dinner at Applebee's in the center of the walmart which is very nice if I may add. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.

Hi .... Un doing good just got back to the hotel about an hr ago . Just a bit sore and parts of my belly r still numb that I can't feel pretty creepy and some gas pains .... A bit scared to cough but other than those basic postoperative things everything great so far ... Very happy that I did this and going with the OCC was the best choice I could've made honey

Hi guys I have my VSG scheduled in a couple of weeks with Dr. Ariel Ortiz at OCC in Tijuana and would love to hear more of the experiences with them from any of you that may know anything and or may have had your procedure with him .... Ty all .... I'm not a tea lover but definitely willing to give it a shot . I just don't get how u can drop almost 2000 calorie intake daily and gain !!!!!!

Thank you I sure do hope it comes off in was so so scared this morning when I stepped on the scale not to mention disappointed ...... And I did a lot if cardio yesterday took the kids to the zoo for an Easter hunt so we walked for hours and it was hot ..... I have to loose 10to 15 pounds by May 8 or I don't get my surgery I'm so tresses with all of this . Not to mention I never thought u had an eating issue until now

I I started my liquid diet a week early to make sure I loose all the weight I have to loose before surgery or they won't do it..... I'm on day 3 and have gained almost 2 pounds . What in the world !!!!!!!! Has this happened to anyone ????!? I've also noticed I don't use the bathroom as much
