anyone take gel capsules?

I had a good fill and took a multi-vitamin. It was my first and only experience of something being stuck in my band. Salivated over sink for 45 minutes. Good information about the size of the band hole. I have those gel capsules that have fish oil, etc. It appears the same size as the vitamin that hurt me, but it's soft, not hard. What do you think? Has anyone had experience with medium or large-size gel capsules that went down ok, but not the regular multi-vitamins? Thanks for your help.

I just cut them open and drip them over something. I do that with my Vit E & Evening of Primrose Oil.

silkchik-you drip then over what exactly? orange juice, milk, fish, veggies?

I also have capsules, lecithin and vit E and thought I was going to have to give them away.

I just pick the item that will help them not be noticable to the taste. I do it on my soup, my drink, etc. I just want them to be something I can choke down...cause for me, the Eve. Primrose is a major player in the PMS dept. My hubby even told me to ask the Dr. when I could begin taking it again....lol! It really helps my PMS symptoms. I hope that answers the question.

I usually take those big jelly capsules of fish oil/Omega 3 and never had any problem. Try putting one of those in a glass of water and watch how they become all soft. Even with other pills, if they are big and hard, as long as I take a big full glass of water or tea, they never got stuck.
