How often do you weigh yourself?

My Nut. recommended that I only weigh myself once per week but im not sure if I'll even weigh myself that often. Id rather try on clothes in my closet and be surprised when they are loose! I have so many sizes of clothes in my house, I can probably lose 40 pounds or so before I'll start running out of things to wear.

I'm less interested in my weight than my size but I want to make sure I'm staying on track. I guess I'll see what my dr. recommends when I go in for pre-op appt.

  • I weighed once a month. I always saw losses and wasn't disappointed. So many folks get discouraged when the inevitable stalls occur. I never saw them which helped to keep me motivated.

  • I weigh once a week and before I step on the scale I say outloud "No matter what this says, I am a good person".

I might be the crazy one here but I weigh myself every day. I guess you could say that I'm kind of obsessed with the scale. I love (with a capital L-O-V-E) seeing how much I weigh now after being over

I'm also obsessed with the scale. If I wake up at 4AM to use the restroom, I take off my PJ's and weigh.

I weigh myself every morning. After my surgery the pounds were falling off! It was so beautiful to see!! Now Ive been in a stall for the last week, I need to stop bcuz I feel discouraged just like I did when I was in my dieting life before surgery.
