Does the sleeve feel fuller after a work out?

I went to the gym for the first time since surgery and had a good work out. Then went home and ate dinner about two hours after my work out and felt like I had a hard time getting down each bite. It felt like my stomach shrunk and I threw everything up! What is this??

Oh no....do you think you ate too fast?...did you drink anything after you worked out?...that sounds a little scary... I'm sorry this happened :-(

Shel
