So I've gone through the 6 month diet, my approval was sent in March 19th. Blue shield told me that it would be approved in 5 days. Well 5 days comes and goes. My dr office didn't send in all my paperwork. So now coming on a month later they still haven't. So if they don't send it in Blue Shield will make their own decision based on what they have by May 19th. And here's the kicker of all this. The dr office knows with my job I can't take any time off from June to August (I work for a beverage company) so if it gets approved right away I'd have to come right back to work. Just needed to vent today.

So surprised the doctor isn't on this for you...that's disappointing...so stay on THEM... call and "bother" them...this is their job !!!

I have an appointment in the same building Tuesday, so I am going to go in there. I just called Blue Shield and they have still received nothing. But as soon as they do, it's only 5 days for processing. It just is so minimal. I don't know why they just don't send it over. It's just my sleep study paperwork..that I did in NOVEMBER!!!
