Stalling

I was sleeved 3/5/14. Im 5 weeks post op and haven't lost any weight since week 2. To say im frustrated is an understatement. Actually considering going back to full liquids to try and jump start it. Anyone else have this issue?

How many calories are you consuming? Can you give us an idea of what you're eating and drinking

I have a matrix protein shake in the am, a 20 oz isopure protein drink during the day, and usually 4 oz of lean meat with veggies in the evening with something like a string cheese or light yogurt in between. My dietician advised me to record all my food and we'll discuss it next week at my appointment. I just wanted to see if i was the only one this happened to

I hear you I was sleeved on march 12th I was 217 and I'm 203 I have been the same for 2 weeks almost 3...I wasn't writing down what I ate nor counting cal...I'm frustrated also...so I counted my cal today and I'm at 600 cal...I think I've been consuming too many cal....I'm going to start tracking and see if I can start loosing...I drink 2 premier shakes a day yogurt n soups...I don't always pick lean soups....I feel I eat very little..guess not..its hard getting all my water in...any suggestions? I'm on soft foods week 4 going on 5

It will pass;-) I promise...it happens to so many of us around 2-3 weeks...once your body realizes your not gonna starve it to death it will relax and start letting go of the weight again..I considered a liquid diet again at that stage....and then..just like that...the scale started moving again..hang in there!
