Yes for the first three days..It was horrible...then it gets better..Hang in there.

I'm feeling your pain right now. My head is hurting so badly that I'm feeling sick to my stomach. I've 'cheated' a bit using peppermint candies to try to calm my stomach. It's either that or be completely useless.

I'm on day 6 of liquids and my heads feels like a huge throbbing bowling ball. It hurts so much.

Is all of yours a pre op liquid diet?

I get a fruit or yogurt w breakfast and a bagel or muffin.

Lunch is a protein drink

Dinner is 4-6 oz of lean meT with a vegetable

And then another protein drink before bed..

My head is still throbbing... I feel like I could bite someone's head off if they make me mad

The last two days has been only Clear Liquids (Water, sf sports drinks, sf Jello, etc.) so, I'm sure it's all from liquids and not grub!!! No Protein shakes either....
