Hips are sore.

So the last four weeks, I've woken up with a sore right hip, today I've notice the left hip is also hurting, I'm 28lb down and not had hip issues before. Anyone got any ideas why or have advice how to deal with it.

My hips hurt if I sit in one place for too long. Just have to get up and walk around as much as you can. I get sore hips when I travel, especially. As soon as the doctor says it is ok, you should start walking as much as you can. That really helps.

This happened to me on both hips after surgery. It turned out to be hip bursitis. I had steroid shots in the hips and did a few hip bursitis exercises and the inflammation went away. Knock on wood!
