Could it low potassium maybe? Maybe make sure you're getting enough in what you're eating.

I know I've been a lot more sore and tried working out than I was presurgery. I think it's almost inevitable for a while when you're getting so few calories.

I'm gonna call my dr and nut tomorrow... I noticed that if I take Zyrtec (dissolvable 24hr) I don't break out. I'm assuming it's new sensitivities and out body adjusting. As far as he muscle cramps I have no idea... They come

I start back work tomorrow... Ah!

It could be the pain meds making you itch, known by drug addicts as the "opiate itches". I've been itchy too. Mostly on my shoulders.
